Ingredients: Wheat flour, mozzarella cheese, corn, chickpea flour, black pepper, coriander, salt, butter and oregano.
Step 1: Knead a dough using wheat flour and keep it aside.
Step 2: To prepare the stuffing, take corn kernels and grind them with a spoonful of chickpea flour and cheese. Add salt, black pepper and oregano and grind again
Step 3: Now take out dough and divide it into small balls.
Step 4: Stuff the dough balls with the corn and cheese filling. Gently flatten each with your hands, then use a rolling pin to roll them out into flat parathas.
Step 5: Put the paratha on a hot pan and cook with butter or any other oil.
