Ingredients: Milk, lime juice, water, salt, mozzarella cheese.
Step 1: Add some lime juice to hot milk and cook it properly.
Step 2: Once the milk curdles are formed, switch off the stove and separate the liquid and the milk curdles using a muslin cloth. Drain the excess water and keep this aside.
Step 3: Take a blender and add milk curdles, salt, and mozzarella cheese. Blend the mixture to form a smooth spread.
If you don’t have mozzarella cheese, you can use hung curd and cheese cubes. You can also customize cheese spread as per your taste.
