Ingredients
Besan (gram flour), bread, chopped tomatoes and onion, green chilli, turmeric, red chilli powder, chat masala and oil.
Step 1
Add gram flour, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, chat masala, green chilli and chopped vegetables in a bowl.
Step 2
Make a thick batter by adding water.
Step 3
Heat the pan and grease it well with the oil.
Step 4
When the pan is hot, then take a bread slice and dip it in the batter. Now with soft hands take the bread out of the mixture and put it in the pan.
Step 5
Cook the bread until it's golden brown on both sides.
Note: Serve the bread hot with green chutney and tea.
