How to make Alia Bhatt's Easy South Indian Style Zucchini

Alia Bhatt once shared her favourite South Indian-style Zucchini dish that can be made in 10 minutes. Check the recipe here:

Ingredients: Zucchini, mustard seeds, curry leaves, oil, grated coconut, asafoetida (hing), fennel powder, green chillies, salt, jeera powder and amchur powder.

Step 1: Wash and chop Zucchini.

Step 2: Hot some oil in a pan, add curry leaves, mustard seeds and green chillies.

Step 3: Add chopped Zucchini with the spices mentioned above.

Step 4: Add some grated coconut and cook it for a few minutes and your tasty South Indian-style Zucchini dish is ready.
