Ingredients: Rice, capsicum, corn, green chilli, red and yellow bell pepper, pizza sauce, cream, milk, mayo, oregano, garlic, onion, and olive oil.
Step 1: For the pizza sauce, chop capsicum, green chilli, bell peppers and other vegetables you might want to add.
Step 2: Take a pan and saute all the veggies. Once all the veggies are cooked, add mayo, pizza sauce, red chilli powder, salt, cream, oregano and milk. Cook the sauce well.
Step 3: Heat some olive oil in a pan, put some onion and garlic and saute it well. Add boiled rice, corn, salt as per taste, oregano and chilli flakes.
Step 4: Serve hot rice with pizza sauce and garnish it with chopped coriander.
