Mash two ripe bananas and combine them with 1/3 cup milk, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence in a bowl.
Mix 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and 1 cup all-purpose flour in a separate bowl.
The dry ingredients should be added to the wet mixture gradually while stirring just until combined. You can also mix in half a cup of chocolate chips or nuts.
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with liners or grease it. Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Check it by inserting a toothpick into the centre; it should come out clean. Let the muffins cool before enjoying.
