Easy Recipe For Delicious Egg Benedict

Poach two eggs and drain on a paper towel.

Slice an English muffin in half and toast with a little butter.

On a pan, cook ham or bacon for 2-4 minutes.

To plate the egg benedict, place the muffin on the plate and add bacon on top.

Add poached eggs on top of bacon along with a spoonful of hollandaise sauce.

Garnish with parsley or chives.
