Ditch Pasta, Make Healthy Paneer Veggies in White Sauce

Ingredients: Paneer, milk, refined flour, butter, corn, broccoli, bell peppers, salt, oregano and chilli flakes.

Step 1: First chop all the veggies like broccoli and bell peppers and boil them along with corn.

Step 2: Grease a pan with some butter and sauté your paneer. Add the boiled veggies to the same pan and let it cook.

Step 3: Now make a white sauce. For this, take some butter in a pan and add some chopped garlic.

Step 4: Make a slurry of refined flour and water. You can add it with some milk to the same pan along with salt and let the sauce cook.

Step 5: Add the sauté veggies, and paneer to the white sauce and mix it well. Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes before serving it hot.
