You will need green tea leaves, water, cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks, saffron strands and chopped nuts (like almonds and pistachios).
Boil water in a pot with four to five cardamom pods, one or two cinnamon sticks, and a few strands of saffron. Simmer for two to three minutes.
Add one or two tablespoons of green tea or Kashmiri tea leaves into the pan and allow it to steep for three to four minutes.
Add one or two tablespoons of sugar or honey to sweeten the kahwa.
