Instead of using regular meat patty, opt for plant-based proteins like black beans or lentils. Air fry the patty or grill on a pan in olive oil.
For toppings, use onion, avocado, bell peppers, spinach and carrot. Chop them into thin slices and set aside.
Don't use a maida bun for your burger. Go for whole wheat buns.
For sauce, go for mustard sauce and ketchup. Mix them together and spread them on the burger buns.
Add veggies and patty to the bun and enjoy with a side of salad.
