In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup millet flour, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, a pinch of cinnamon and salt.
Add 1/3 cup milk and an egg to the dry ingredients and mix until they combine.
Heat some butter in a pan and pour 1/4 of the batter for each pancake.
Cook until golden brown on both sides and add butter as needed.
Once it is cooked, add your favourite toppings and serve!
