Combine whole wheat flour, rice flour and a small amount of salt. Add water gradually and knead the dough until it becomes smooth.
Divide the dough into small balls and flatten each into a thin disc.
Preheat a tawa or non-stick pan on medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
Place the dough disc on the hot pan. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Remove the rotla from the pan and serve warm with your favourite curry, chutney, or yoghurt.
