5 Easy Steps to Make Beetroot Chips in Air Fryer

Homemade beetroot chips are the tastiest guilt-free snack, you can enjoy everyday. They are easy to make, and require no prior preparations. Here are five easy steps to make beetroot chips in an air fryer:

Ingredients Required: Raw beetroot, Oil (olive/avocado), and Salt 

Step 1: Prepare beetroot for the chips. Wash the beet well, and remove any soil on it. Let it dry and peel the skin.

Step 2: Slice the beetroot into thin pieces. You can either use a slicer or knife to cut the beetroot thin.

Step 3: Spread the slices on kitchen paper and place one kitchen on top of it. Keep it aside for ten minutes, this will allow the paper to absorb extra moisture on beetroot slices. 

Step 4: Toss the beetroot slices in oil and sprinkle the needed salt. Arrange the beetroot slices in the air fryer basket.

Step 5: Air fry at 150 C for 15 minutes. Flip and turn beetroot slices after five minutes, to prevent it from drying. Increase the temperature to 180 C for 10 minutes.  Keep a check on the beetroot slices,  and let them curl. Allow the chips to rest for five minutes, and they will eventually become crisp. Enjoy!
