5 Different Flavoured ‘Paani’ for Your Favorite Street Food Golgappe

Paani Puri is one of the most popular street foods in India. Get ready to take your taste buds for a ride by trying out these new flavoured ‘paani’ for your Golgappe. 

1. Water-Mint Coriander Paani 

Take a mixer jar, add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, salt, black salt, dry mango powder and roasted cumin powder. Create a paste and add chilled water to it and mix well. Before serving, add some fried boondi and enjoy your meal! 

2. Garlic (Lehsun) Paani 

In a mixer jar, add garlic, red chilli powder, black salt, cumin seeds and chaat masala. Make a paste and add chilled water to it. Mix well and enjoy this spicy and tangy paani with crispy puris. 

3. Gud-Imli Paani 

For this recipe, you can either create the tamarind paste from scratch or use a store-bought one. Add chilled water to the paste and serve along with fried boondi and dried melon seeds. 

4. Hajma Hajam Paani 

In a mixing bowl, combine tamarind pulp, powdered sugar, grated ginger, roasted jeera, black salt, and red chilli powder. Add refrigerated water and enjoy your food! 

5. Jeera Paani 

In a pan, roast jeera till golden brown. After cooling down blend it in a mixer to create a powder. Add chaat masala, black salt, lemon juice and the jeera powder to chilled water. Serve this with fried boondi and enjoy your meal.
