In a blender, add 3 cups of frozen mixed berries, a sliced frozen banana in a blender, half a cup of yoghurt, some vanilla extract, and one and a half cups of any kind of milk.
Although berries and bananas are naturally sweet, you can add sugar or any other sweetener, if you want.
Blend the ingredients until you get a smooth consistency. You can add more milk if you feel the consistency is too thick.
