Ingredients: Eggs, veggies (carrot, onion, peas, capsicum), boiled rice, salt and oregano.
Step 1: Saute some onion in a pan, and break two eggs.
Step 2: Once eggs are cooked, add boiled veggies and rice into it.
Step 3: Drizzle some regular spices like red chilli powder, coriander powder, oregano, salt and mix it well. Your high-protein egg-rice dish is ready.
Tip - Always keep chopped and boiled veggies in your fridge. It will save you time during busy mornings.
