Five Ways to Make Tasty Makhana Chaat

1. Basic Makhana Chaat

Mix roasted makhana with tomatoes, onions, cucumber, and potatoes. Add chaat masala, chutney, cumin powder, chili, and salt. Top it off with coriander leaves, sev, and lemon juice.
