In a bowl, combine 4 tablespoons of sattu (roasted gram flour) with 2 cups of cold water, stirring until the sattu is fully dissolved.
Stir in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1-2 teaspoons of black salt, and 1 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder.
Add 1-2 teaspoons of chaat masala, chopped mint leaves, green chilies, and coriander leaves for extra flavour if desired.
Garnish with a few mint leaves and a pinch of roasted cumin powder on top. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing drink!
