1. Sooji Halwa (Semolina Halwa)

Roast semolina in ghee, then add sugar syrup flavoured with cardamom. Cook until the mixture thickens, garnish with nuts, and serve hot.

2. Gajar Ka Halwa (Carrot Halwa)

Grate carrots and cook them in milk. Add sugar, ghee, and cardamom, and cook until the mixture thickens. Garnish with nuts.

3. Moong Dal Halwa (Lentil Halwa)

Roast moong dal in ghee, then grind into a fine powder. Cook this powder with sugar syrup, milk, and cardamom until it thickens.

4. Badam Halwa (Almond Halwa)

Soak almonds, peel, and grind them into a fine paste. Cook the almond paste with sugar, ghee, milk, saffron, and cardamom until thickened.

5. Aate Ka Halwa (Wheat Flour Halwa)

Roast wheat flour in ghee, then add sugar syrup flavoured with cardamom. Cook until the mixture thickens, and serve hot.
