Lok Sabha Elections Phase 4: Which States Saw the Highest and Lowest Voter Turnout

The fourth phase of voting in the world’s biggest election ended on May 13 after millions of voters in 10 states and Union Territories in India headed to the polling booths. Overall, phase 4 recorded approximately 67.25 per cent voter turnout as of 11:45 pm IST.

Here is the list of states and UTs which witnessed the highest (top 3) and the lowest (last 3) voter turnouts in this phase till 11:45 pm, based on the data shared by the Election Commission of India (ECI):

West Bengal: 78.37%

Andhra Pradesh: 76.50%

Madhya Pradesh: 70.98%

Three States With Lowest Turnout

Uttar Pradesh: 58.05%

Bihar: 57.06%

Jammu and Kashmir: 37.98%
