Ahead of the world’s biggest elections, findings by the Association for Democratic Rights (ADR), a private election monitoring group, revealed that one in every three candidates is a millionaire. On the other hand, it also found that 10 candidates have declared zero assets in their election affidavits. Here’s the list of those candidates:
