Vegan Spinach and Banana Energising Smoothie

Step 1

In a blender, add 1 cup plain soy milk and 3/4 cup fresh spinach leaves.

Step 2

Blend them together until smooth.

Step 3

Slice one large banana and add it to the blender.

Step 4

Blend again until well combined. You can also add any sweetener if you wish.

Step 5

Pour into glass and serve.
