Grate cabbage, wash and strain it, and then mix with chopped coriander, onion and garlic.
Add chaat masala, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, salt and pepper to the cabbage mixture.
Take cornflour and semolina (sooji) and mix well, then gradually add the cabbage mixture. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.
Form the mixture into round cutlets and shallow fry until golden brown on both sides.
Your delicious cabbage cutlets are ready to serve.
