This delicious and healthy smoothie is rich in fibre, protein and other essential nutrients. Here is how to make tropical oatmeal smoothie at home:
Add 1/2 cup rolled oats in a blender and blend until fine powder.
Add a few ice cubes, 1 small banana broken into chunks, 1 and 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Blend the ingredients until smooth.
Add frozen mango and pineapple and blend again until smooth.
Pour into glasses and garnish with a pineapple wedge. Serve!
