These delicious and healthy oatmeal pancakes are ideal to make for breakfast. Here are easy steps to make it at home:

Step 1

In a blender, add 3/4 cup buttermilk, 1 large egg, 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 tablespoon white sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Step 2

Blend the ingredients until smooth.

Step 3

Heat some oil in a skillet and pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook well from both sides until golden brown.

Step 4

Serve with toppings of your choice!
