Simple 5-Ingredient Chickpea Salad Recipe

Make this delicious chickpea salad which is loaded with protein and other essential nutrients with five simple ingredients.

Step 1

In a bowl, mix together boiled chickpeas, diced cucumber, halved or quartered cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped parsley.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, add vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix well.

Step 3

Pour salad dressing over vegetables and chickpeas and toss well. Adjust the salt and pepper as per taste.

Step 4

Serve and enjoy! You can also store this salad in a refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
