Collect basil leaves, green chillies, garlic, roasted peanuts/sesame seeds and salt.
Wash basil leaves, peel garlic, and chop chillies.
Blend basil, chillies, garlic, peanuts/seeds, and salt with a little water.
Add water for consistency and adjust with tamarind or lemon for tang.
Serve with dosas and idlis or use as a sandwich spread. Store in the fridge.
