Seyal Phulka is a beloved Sindhi dish that creatively transforms leftover roti into a flavourful and satisfying meal. Here’s how you can make this recipe in just five easy steps:

Tear Rotis

Break leftover rotis into small pieces and set aside.

Saute Onions

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, then saute chopped onions and green chillies until golden.

Add Spices

Stir in ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli powder, and salt. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.

Mix in Rotis

Add the torn rotis and mix well to coat with the masala. Add a little water if needed to soften the rotis.

Cook and Serve

Cook for three to four minutes on low heat with a lid on. Before serving, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on top.
