Beetroot is loaded with various vitamins and minerals. It is beneficial for gut and heart health and boosts energy. Here is how to make beetroot salad at home:

Step 1

In a bowl, take about 450 gm of grated beetroot, add 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley.

Step 2

Add 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 1 large minced garlic clove, freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste.

Step 3

Mix all the ingredients well and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Step 4

Serve and enjoy!
