How to Prepare Kale and Millet Soup

Step 1

In a deep pan, heat some oil over medium heat.  

Step 2

Saute garlic and onions until they are tender. For a light toast, add the rice and millet.

Step 3

Pour the stock, deglaze with white wine and simmer.

Step 4

Make a slurry by mixing arrowroot with a little stock. Add it to the soup and stir well.

Step 5

Adjust seasoning, stir in fresh herbs, and serve hot.
