How to Make Vanilla Crepes for Breakfast

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine 1 and 1/2 cups milk, 3 egg yolks and 2 tablespoons vanilla extract.

Step 2

Add 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 5 tablespoons melted butter. Mix well.

Step 3

Coat vegetable oil on a crepe pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each crepe into the pan and tilt it to spread.

Step 4

Cook from both sides until golden brown.

Step 5

Fill the crepes with your favourite toppings and serve!
