Step 1

Boil turmeric with whole spices like cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and ginger in water for a few minutes.

Step 2

Let the mixture rest for five minutes, then strain it.  

Step 3

After that, re-boil the strained water, adding milk and a pinch of black pepper powder. 

Step 4

Stir in honey and a small amount of ghee for enhanced flavour.

Step 5

Mix well, serve warm, and enjoy this aromatic tea.
