How to Make Traditional Italian Tiramisu in 10 Minutes

Step 1

Take 4 eggs and separate the whites and yolks. Add 50 gm of white sugar to the yolks and whisk until soft and creamy.

Step 2

Gradually add 500 gm of mascarpone cheese while mixing with a beater to the egg yolks and sugar mixture. Combine well.

Step 3

Add 50 gm of sugar to the egg whites and whisk until foamy. Gradually mix the egg white mixture with the egg yolks and mascarpone mixture. Layer it at the bottom of a rectangular tray.

Step 4

Dip Savoiardo into brewed coffee and layer it on the tray. Put another layer of cream and sprinkle some cocoa powder over it. Repeat another layer of coffee-dipped Savoiardo and cream with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.

Step 5

Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
