How to Make Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

Step 1

In a blender, add 1 cup soy milk and 1/2 cup rolled oats.

Step 2

Add about 14 frozen strawberries and a banana broken into chunks.

Step 3

Blend the ingredients until smooth.

Step 4

If you wish, add 1 and 1/2 teaspoons white sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Step 5

Pour into a glass, top it with strawberries and serve!
