Ingredients: Soya Chunks, onion, tomato, garlic, oil, water, green chillies and regular spices.

Step 1: Boil some soya chunks and roughly grind them.

Step 3: Add soya chunks to the pan and mix everything properly. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook.

Garnish soya chunk bhurji with chopped coriander and it's ready to eat.
