How to Make Plant-Based Cheese from Cashews and Almonds?

Enjoy cheese without giving up your dairy-free diet! Here is how to make cheese using cashews and almonds:

Step 1

In a blender, add 1/2 cup cashew and 1/2 cup blanched almonds. Blend well.

Step 2

Add 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt, 2 large spoons of olive oil, 3 large spoons of fresh lemon juice and 1/2 cup boiled water.

Step 3

If needed, add more lemon juice and water to it and blend until smooth.

Step 4

Transfer the cheese to a jar and refrigerate.
