Ingredients: Green chillies, garlic, oil, peanuts, coriander leaves, asafoetida (hing) and salt.

Wash the green chillies and coriander leaves and peel the garlic cloves.

Step 2

 Roast roughly chopped green chillies, garlic and peanuts in oil. Add asafoetida (hing) and salt before taking the material out of the pan.
