In a blender, add 1 cup chopped steamed carrots, 1/2 cup frozen sliced banana, and 1/2 cup plain Greek yoghurt.
Add 1/2 cup unsweetened milk of your choice, 1/4 cup frozen diced pineapple, 2 tablespoons roasted walnuts and 1 tablespoon flaked coconut.
Add 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg.
Blend the ingredients well until smooth.
Pour into a glass and garnish with shredded carrots, coconut, and crushed walnuts. Serve!
