If you are craving some brownies but worried about the sugar content, here is a guilt-free recipe for you that uses sweet potatoes!
Preheat the oven to 180C (350F) and grease a loaf pan.
In a blender, add 1 cup cooked sweet potato (mashed), 1/2 cup almond butter, 3 tablespoons maple syrup, and 1/4 cup cocoa powder.
You can also add 1/2 cup chocolate chips if you wish. Blend the ingredients on high speed until a smooth batter is formed.
Transfer the batter to the pan and bake it for about 20 minutes. Once cooked properly, allow it to cool.
Add frosting of your choice and serve!
