In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
Mash two to three ripe bananas and combine with one cup of sugar, two eggs, half a cup of melted butter and one teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and fold them in gradually until well incorporated.
Grease a pan, then pour the mixture into it and bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°F.
