Mash about 1 and 3/4 cups of blueberries. You can also use a food processor to crush them.
Blend 2 cups of light cream and a can of sweetened condensed milk.
Add the mashed blueberries and blend well.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn for about 20 minutes. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can keep it in a bowl in the freezer and mix every 20 minutes.
Transfer it to an airtight container and freeze for about 4 hours. Serve chill!
