How To Make A Creamy Garlic Cauliflower White Sauce

Ingredients: Cauliflower, cashews, black pepper, salt, milk, water, and garlic.

Step 1: Blanch and chop the cauliflower before boiling it. You can also roast the cauliflower instead of boiling it.

Step 2: Grind garlic, cauliflower and cashews with some water to make a thick paste.

Step 3: Heat some butter in the pan, and add the cauliflower paste with milk. Let the sauce cook for a few minutes.

Step 4: Add black pepper and salt. Your creamy garlic cauliflower white sauce is ready to eat!
