In a saucepan, add 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Place it on medium heat and stir constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Drizzle the sauce over desserts while it’s hot and serve!
The sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Microwave to reheat.
