Healthy and Yummy Blueberry Spinach Smoothie Recipe

Step 1

In a blender, add 1 and 1/2 cups frozen blueberries, 3/4 cup Greek yoghurt, 1 handful fresh spinach, and 1 banana.

Step 2

Add 1/4 cup whole raw almonds and 1 tablespoon ground flax. Blend on high speed.

Step 3

You can also add a pinch of ground spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and cardamom to the smoothie.

Step 4

Add milk as needed depending on the consistency you want and blend.

Step 5

Pour into a glass, add your favourite toppings and serve!
