In a bowl, combine jowar flour, wheat flour, chopped ginger, onion and tomato.
Add red chilli powder, pepper, salt and coriander powder. Stir in water and mix until smooth.
The batter should be thick enough to maintain its shape, not too thin.
Heat a pan, add oil, and pour in the batter. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
Serve the chilla hot with green chutney or ketchup for a delicious meal
