One cup of finely ground almonds, one cup of all-purpose flour, one cup of sugar, half a cup of butter, two eggs, one teaspoon of baking powder, and one cup of sliced plums are needed to prepare Almond Plum cake.
In a bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, melted butter and one egg. After that, mix in almond flour, all-purpose flour and baking powder and lastly add some diced plums and mix well.
Pour the batter into the cake pan and smooth the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes, you can also insert a toothpick in the centre to check if it’s baked, it should come out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a plate. Optionally dust with powdered sugar and serve warm or room temperature.
