These delicious energy bars are easy to make and are a perfect snack to have any time. Follow this easy recipe to make no-bake energy bars at home:

Step 1

In a food processor, add 2 cups of organic oats, 1 cup of coconut flakes, 1 cup of nuts and seeds of your choice, 2 cups of pitted dates, 1/2 cup of almond butter, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.

Step 2

Grind the ingredients roughly in the food processor.

Step 3

Create a dough out of the mixture. Add some water if needed so it sticks together.

Step 4

Press the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking pan or roll them into balls.

Step 5

Cover it and store them in the freezer. Enjoy!
