In a bowl, add 3/4 cup milk and 1 and 1/2 tablespoons vinegar. Whisk them and leave aside for about 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, add 1 cup flour, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Whisk in 1 egg and 2 tablespoons oil into the milk. And add them to the flour mixture. Mix to combine.
Grease the skillet with some oil and pour 1/4 cup of the batter for each pancake. Cook well from both sides.
To make the apple cinnamon syrup, add 2 tablespoons butter, 2 peeled and diced apples, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon to a saucepan and place it on medium heat until the apples are tender. Add 1/3 cup maple syrup and top it over the pancakes.
