In a pan, melt sugar until golden brown. Add fresh walnuts, stir to coat and let cool. Once cooled, chop the walnuts into small pieces
Add butter to the caramelised sugar in the same pan and mix in the full-fat cream. After thoroughly mixing, add a pinch of salt at the end.
In a bowl, combine whipped cream, cream cheese, caramel sauce, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
In a jar, start layering with chopped walnut crumbs, followed by whipped cream mixture, biscuit crumble and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
Refrigerate the layered dessert for a while to set. Serve chilled and enjoy.
