Step 1

Dry roast peanuts, cool them and remove their skins.

Combine peanuts, cumin, ginger, chillies, lemon juice, salt, curds and water in a blender.

Step 3

Blend the mixture until smooth.

Step 4

Heat oil, and add sesame seeds and curry leaves for tempering.

Step 5

Pour the tempering over the chutney and serve.
